At COOKING NOOK LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened shuttlecock tubes or worn apparel

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at Service@cookingnook.cc within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item
  3. Our team will respond with return instructions and return shipping address
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back as instructed

Please do not return products without receiving return authorization from us.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to Service@cookingnook.cc
  • We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate
