At COOKING NOOK LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened shuttlecock tubes or worn apparel
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at Service@cookingnook.cc within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item
- Our team will respond with return instructions and return shipping address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back as instructed
Please do not return products without receiving return authorization from us.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to Service@cookingnook.cc
- We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate
